After starting my career in fundraising at one of the most visited art galleries in the world, I knew that working with passionate, artful and creative people was essential.

One of the early employees at notonthehighstreet.com, I honed my experience during their period of significant growth, running two of their commercial teams and overseeing the recruitment of all new small businesses to the marketplace. This gave me a front row seat to the fantastic innovation and creative flair that streams out of independent designers, makers and retail owners, who are often working alone and juggling multiple roles.

After stints as COO of Enterprise Nation and Commercial Director for start-up marketplace Giftwink, I started my own consultancy in 2018, using my experience to support founders and their businesses one-on-one.
